What is this?

The FoxPaw-PrintShop is an independently owned and run business focusing on designing and producing products with a number of different styles and themes!

Styles tend to change depending on how I am feeling while sketching, but expect influences from skateboarding, y2k internet cultures, and Splatoon!

We manufacture the majority of our products in house, any exceptions to this are products that use a base and are printed on in house.

How can I buy anything?

There is a shop section on this site however the purchase links take you to my KoFi shop, here you can actually add things to a basket and make a purchase.

All purchases go through KoFi meaning it makes use of their secure payment system.

Can I request custom designs?

Yes!!! You can enquire about getting an entirely custom design or a pre-existing design but in a different colour or on an item of clothing at any of our contact methods.

Where are you based?

We are based in that part of Ireland that is in the UK (Northern Ireland).

Can I order from outside the UK?

Short answer: Yes! We offer international shipping!

Longer answer: You are responsible for any customs or import fees when shipping internationally.

Do you gather and store any data?

Limited however we do, this includes: your name, address, order info (what you ordered, how much it cost), and contact information. This is so we can complete your order

The only part of this stored is the order info, the rest of the data is disposed of once the order has been fulfilled

We comply by GDPR standards for any data collected and stored. Any information we hold is protected and never shared for any purposes.

Through our e-commerse system, we have no access to your payment information so it remains completely safe

Shipping Info?

Shipping prices are on a per order basis, you will be informed of it at checkout.

With the exception of pre-order items, you can expect dispatch times of 2-7 days, and shipping time varies depending on location and courier

You, the buyer, are responsible for any customs/import taxes

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No! A significant portion of our products are made to order however generally we keep stock and will make new stock if an order requires it

Cancel or Return policy?

Order cancellations are not accepted - we are willing to make exceptions if you contact us however this is only in specific cases

We do accept returns/exchanges in specific circumstances however this is decided on a per case basis.

If there is an issue with your order contact us promptly and we can work it out.

Are you willing to work with anyone/collaborate?

Yes! If you want to stock any of our products or collaborate on a project (or any other ideas involving us) we are more than open to enquiries about this!
